| Salzburg was, of course, the backdrop for many scenes from The Sound of Music, and we saw just a few of them: (Shocked, I learned that John can't remember whether or not he has seen this film -- what?!?) |

| In addition, we discovered love locks on the pedestrian Markarsteg Bridge |
